Membership Terms and Conditions:
- Rules and Regulations
- No cancellation, no refund, no suspension will be considered.
- Membership card is not transferable to another person, including immediate family members (parents, children, spouse, sibling etc..)
- Member must be present when the membership card is shown at the Front Desk
- In the case of a lost membership card, there is a $5 reissuing fee
- Members must adhere to all 21 Golf facility policies (found at the bottom of our website)
- Locker expires the same day membership ends
- Must bring your own lock or purchase one at the front desk when available
- The driving range is not responsible for any jewelry, cash, or lost items in the locker.
- Locker is not transferable to another person, including immediate family
- It is the customer’s responsibility to vacate the locker by expiration date. If items in locker are not claimed within 30 days of expiration date, 21 Golf shall dispose of them however applicable

- Management of the Range
Management of 21 Golf Driving Range reserves the right to establish and amend all rules and regulations governing the operations of the range. The failure to adhere to any of such rules may result in such customer’s removal from the range and/or revocation of locker contract when applicable. No refund at such event.
21 Golf Driving Range shall not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings and any injuries incurred on premise
Management reserves the right to suspend its daily operations to repair or improve the facility to achieve better customer service. In such an event, the Management may extend the rental by the number of days suspended.
